CHOCOLATE / COMPOUND PROCESSING LINE
The CAO 3000[2]-CHOC IN-LINE is a fully automatic production line based on two CAO 3000 low-speed agitated ball mills and a mixing/dosing unit Mini Mix. The CAO 3000[2]-CHOC IN-LINE is specially designed to carry out automatic (PLC-controlled) weighing, mixing, conching, and continuous fine grinding of chocolate, creams, bread spreads, and fat-based compounds in automatic mode.
The capacity of the CAO 3000[2]-CHOC IN-LINE can be up to 1,500 kg/h when crystal sugar (1.2 mm) is used as an ingredient.
The CAO 3000[2]-CHOC IN-LINE can be supplied with our automatic feeding systems, such as feeding screws, fat dosing units, lecithin dosing, vanillin/aroma dosing, etc.
